SCORPIOS BODRUM

This project, developed for the Scorpios brand, was conceived on a small peninsula off the coast of Bodrum, where the sea defines the horizon and the rhythm of the place. Organibuild served as Development Project Manager for this project, overseeing the design & build process and aligning the project’s vision with the operational requirements of a space designed for music, food experience and hospitality.

The property brings together a range of offerings—villas, a beach club, restaurants, gathering spaces, and ritual spaces—that are distributed throughout the landscape to create seamless experiences that blend architecture, nature, and social life. Coordinating the project involved balancing demanding operational requirements while ensuring guests receive an immersive atmosphere on the various locations of the property when the focus of the experience shifts from the landscaping, to lighting, or to music.
